For a long time, it looked like everything in my life was exactly how it was meant to be.
I had all the boxes ticked, the job, the house, building a life with someone.
On paper, everything was in place. But inside, something felt missing.
I felt restless, waiting for Friday to come, wondering why life felt like it was happening to me rather than flowing through me.
When life unexpectedly unticked one of those boxes for me, I was forced to pause. What I discovered was both uncomfortable and liberating: I had been chasing goals that were never truly mine.
That moment cracked something open in me and awakened a deeper curiosity about what it really means to live in alignment with our own values, rather than someone else’s checklist.
I’m Anna, originally from London, UK, and now living where the ocean meets the jungle in Nicaragua with my husband and our daughter. A life that once felt like a distant dream, slowly became real.
Living here has softened the way I move through life. Days are not packed with plans or busy schedules. We watch the sun set over the ocean, meet friends at the beach without needing to plan it, and allow space for spontaneous adventures, sometimes simply riding around in the golf buggy with our daughter, surrounded by nature including the howler monkeys in the trees.
Life here feels slower, quieter, and more peaceful. It reminds me daily how important it is to move with life’s rhythm rather than rushing through it.
What this taught me
My path has taken me from the classroom as a primary school teacher to the intuitive work that I do today, supporting people to reconnect with themselves and return to their natural rhythm.
As a teacher, I loved creating a safe space for children to explore, question, and connect with themselves. I saw how mindfulness and meditation helped them understand their emotions.
As I began supporting parents too, I noticed something deeper: the way our thoughts, beliefs, and patterns ripple through families, shaping not only how we live but how the next generation learns to live.
Today, I spend my time mothering, learning, and living as consciously as I can in the choices I make, the way I connect, and how I show up for myself and my family.
From this place, I support others in exploring their own conscious way of living: noticing patterns, reconnecting with what truly matters, and creating a life that feels lighter, freer, and more deeply their own.
Motherhood deepened this calling in ways I could never have expected. My daughter continues to be my greatest teacher, reminding me daily of what truly matters: presence, connection, and honouring the natural wisdom of our bodies and rhythms.
She reflects back the importance of slowing down, listening within, and questioning the noise of the world around us.
Many of us drift away from our inner compass without realising it. With so many voices telling us who to be and how to live, it becomes easy to lose touch with our own rhythm.
But there is another way, one that is quieter, clearer, and more authentic.
A way where you turn inward and begin to trust what you hear.
Through my own journey of inner work, meditation, and unlearning, I gradually found my way back to what truly mattered.
Somewhere along the way I stopped trying to build a life and started listening to one.
The work I do today
Now, through intuitive energy healing, guided meditation, reiki, and deep conversation, I hold a space where people can release old patterns, reconnect with their inner guidance, and return to themselves.
Not through fixing or forcing change, but by creating the space for realignment.
A space away from the noise where what truly matters becomes clear again.
It is safe to untick the boxes that society provides, safe to change them, safe to release what no longer fits into a box at all.
My work is not about pushing you into change. It is about guiding you back to your own authority, revealing your truth, feeling into your energy, and trusting your inner knowing. Sometimes this means that nothing on the outside changes but the way you feel about it does. Your mindset goes from overwhelm to feeling lighter. Your perspective isn’t driven by old emotions anymore and old beliefs but this new found understanding and peace with life.
As soon as wee feel more connected to ourself, we have this sense of freedom which also ripples out to the world around us.
I eventually realised that the freedom isn’t something to chase, but something to remember.
If something in your life has been feeling heavy, unclear, or out of rhythm, you are not alone.
Often these moments are simply invitations to pause, listen more deeply, and return to what truly matters.
If you feel ready to return to your own flow, I would love to hold that space for you.
Look beyond the noise.
Reconnect with your truth. Remember who you really are.
Let’s walk this path together.
