How Sessions Work

Each session is unique, just like you.

This page is here to help you feel relaxed, informed, and supported before your session even begins.

Whether you’re joining for Intuitive Energy Healing or Reiki Healing & Guided Meditation, everything is designed to create a safe, nurturing space where your energy can soften, clear, and realign.

Before Your Session

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

Booking

Once you book your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation message with the date, time, and instructions for joining our online video session, or directions for in-person sessions.

What you need

For online sessions:

• A private, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed

• Optional earphones if joining online

• A comfortable seat or place to lie down

• A glass of water to stay hydrated during the session.

You are welcome to have any items that help you feel supported, such as crystals, essential oils, or incense in your space.

For in-person sessions (Nicaragua only):

You will be welcomed into a calm and supportive space for your session. Full details will be provided when you book.

Setting your intention

You don’t need to prepare anything special.

Simply arriving as you are is enough.

Should you want to set a gentle intention before your session, it can be something as simple as:

• “I’m open to receiving what is meant for me.”

• “I’m ready to release what no longer serves me.”

• “I’m open to clarity, support, and healing.”

Holding a simple intention can help open your energy to the session.

During Your Session

Each session is unique and guided by what your system needs in that moment. However, most sessions gently unfold in a natural rhythm.

Arriving and Settling in

We begin with a gentle moment to arrive.

You’re welcome to share how you’re feeling or anything that has been present for you lately. Sometimes people share a lot, sometimes very little – both are completely perfect.

Because this work connects with your energy field, what is ready to be supported often reveals itself naturally without needing to be planned before hand.

The Healing Work

Intuitive Energy Healing

Working with your energy, I intuitively test to see what may be priority for you in that moment. Each session brings something different depending on what is ready to release or rebalance.

This may involve areas such as:

  • Chakra balancing
  • Clearing trapped emotions
  • Release energetic blocks
  • Identifying and replacing limiting beliefs

People can often become aware of a part of their body that may be holding this energy. Some people may also see colours, shapes, or images arise.

We allow the release to happen gently through the breath, visualisation and intention. Sometimes you may feel the movement of energy in the body as things begin to shift.

We will also identify any supports that may help restore emotional and energetic harmony.

Reiki Healing and Guided Meditation

Reiki channels universal life force energy to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, inner peace and energetic flow.

You’ll be guided on a gentle inward journey to connect with your intuition, soften emotional layers, and invite clarity or release.

You may feel warmth, tingling, lightness, emotion, calm, spaciousness, or simply deep rest. Every experience is different and all responses are welcome.

Integration & Reflection

Throughout the session I may share any insights that come through.

We close the session with a gentle moment to reflect and integrate, along with simple grounding suggestions.

After Your Session

It is important to take the time to allow the energies to integrate

After your session you may feel:

• Lighter
• Calmer
• Clearer
• Emotional release
• Deeply relaxed
• More connected to yourself
• Tired (this is normal as the nervous system resets)

Your body continues integrating the work for hours or even days.

Drink water & rest

Hydration, rest, and slowness help the energy settle.

Journaling

You may want to write down:

• Insights
• Emotions
• Anything that shifted during the session

A beautiful exercise is to write the title:

“What does my soul want to tell me today?”

Then simply write whatever flows without overthinking. This can help anchor your experience and deepen your connection to yourself.

How Often Should I Have Sessions?

This depends entirely on your needs.

Some people come:

• Weekly for emotional release as we work to release layers and get to the root cause

• Monthly to stay aligned as life continues to unfold

• Intuitively, whenever you feel called

There is no “right” timeline. Your energy will guide you.

Working in layers

Each session supports release and rebalancing.

Sometimes we reach the root of something within a single session. Other times, the body and energy system open gradually, revealing layers over time.

As you continue, we gently release what is ready, allowing deeper patterns, emotions, and beliefs to come forward and be supported. This creates space for big shifts.

Online or In Person?

Both work beautifully.

Online Sessions

Energy does not require physical proximity. Many clients say online sessions feel just as powerful, often even deeper, because they’re in their own familiar space.

In-Person Sessions

These are available in Nicaragua and offer the same level of deep support with the added warmth of sharing the space together.
